[Food Trip] SALT - Makati

People in the metro already knew about Salt in Makati. They have been featured in magazines, blog and listed on crowd-source food reviews. This restaurant, located in an urban village in Brgy. Poblacion, Makati, has a rustic vibe. You'll truly appreciate the ambiance that is cozy.

How's the food?

The restaurant is considered as a steakhouse by many.  On the menu, we can only find one entree of steak - T-Bone Steak!

T-Bone Steak

Their T-Bone steak is affordable. 190php steak comes with two sides of rice and a potato salad and comes with a barbeque sauce. You can also request for a gravy if want. Better tell the servers if you want your steak to be medium well or rare because based from our experience they haven't ask it prior. The steak is good. It has a juicy meat and well-seasoned. 

Grilled Cajun Chicken

We also availed their Grilled Cajun Chicken. This chicken is rubbed with cajun spices that makes it stands out from your taste buds. It comes with a tomato salsa and rice. The chicken is grilled to have its smokey flavor.

Overall Verdict?

This hidden place is a perfect place for hidden dinner dates. Flavors of their food can be improved. I had a great experience (in terms of the restaurant service and my companion) shared while dining at Salt. 

I'll give them 3.5/5 overall rating.
